They came right on time, very professional and friendly guys, honestly couldn't have asked for better technicians! Explained every step of the troubleshooting process. My HVAC system was more than 12 years old and had seen better days. I have been tired of constant air conditioner repairs lately. I decided to get rid of this headache and replace my AC for a new one. Found Nevada Residential Services on google and called them. They asked me a few questions and gave me many options to choose from. Timur was extremely knowledgeable and kind, he had a very customer oriented approach, he was honest and patient. The installation team came in time to do the AC replacement. They did the job and cleaned up after themselves, which is nice. Great job, I would recommend!
