Charlie did our consultation/diagnosis and he was informative & amazing! He answered all our questions and walked us through what needs to get done and what needs the most maintenance when it comes to taking care of our unit. He came Sunday, ordered parts and was able to install the following day. Fast, quick and efficient is exactly what we needed and he got the job done! I scheduled a new AC installation. Timur was very polite, gave a lot of recommendations for a new AC unit. The installation team came right on time. They completed air conditioner installation, explaining along the way the process and other details. Guys addressed all of my questions and concerns, no complaints here. This company has excellent customer service overall. I would recommend.

The guy we had was amazing. I believe his name was William. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us and gave us some pretty good advice. He also did a very thorough service of our units and even went through our attic. Highly recommend!
