I used these guys about 6 months ago and Jason was the final guy to get us back in our house. He just came out again to give me quotes on water softner job. He was able to explain things to someone who doesn't get this to where I actually felt like I get the options. He was training Tim who was very nice too. I had a leak on kitchen ceiling. Matt came out and quickly found out the leak was coming from second floor tub drain overflow. Him and his partner came on time to change it out. Anything to get an extra buck out of you, I've previously had all pipes and everything brought up to code but in order for them to replace my hot water heater they need to replace this and that all over again which will cost an additional 550.00 in addition to the hot water heater and labor cost which is covered by home warranty but I guess their not mamoney from them so they need to get more money out of me. This company is a rip off! Go ahead and blacklist me! I don't even live in Las Vegas. So there's that. Service: Water heater installation
