Ken, Gerado, and Jimmy went above and beyond to fix my house when every single pipe broke. Working 6 days a week to ensure I can get my house back. They were accommodating and just amazing human beings. Anytime I had a problem Ken was right there or was on the phone. His communication set a high bar that alot of my other companies can't reach. His problem solving was great and he cared. I had animals and they all took care of them and treated them amazingly. Gerado and Jimmy worked so incredibly hard and for long periods of time in the extreme heat with no complaints or anything. They cared about my house and treated it like it was there own. Always willing to help and answer questions I might have. They even came on weekends to save me when I was in my darkest time. Upstanding gentlemen were Gerado and Jimmy. I can not thank them enough.
