Really Knowledgeable person. Very quick response to call. Same day consultation. Came out the same day diagnosed my air conditioner and found the part needed. Fixed it as soon as they got the part. Really knowledgeable staff and friendly.

Every one of the four members of Polar Air that I dealt with were very professional, helpful and thorough with their explanation of the problem and what they recommended to correct it. When they had completed replacement of my A/C and heating unit, they were very thorough with their explanations of what was done and how to properly operate it. They were very efficient, polite and professional in their manner. It was a pleasure to have them do the operation and talk with them. First off, if I could give this company "10 Stars" I would. Top-notched professionalism: from Guillermo "Memo" Gonzalez's professional presentation of the products he offered; to Cruz & his young tech installer who showed on May 3, 2023 at 7:00AM & left around 6:00PM, having installed a 2-stage Lennox A/C & 6-jet gas furnace in the attic -- hardworking, polite, professional; to the polite & professional ladies in the office who answered my phone calls. Beforehand, I researched installation costs/units for the country as a whole. Polar Air/Heating, Inc. came in at the mid-range cost for this area of the country. Range was $10,500. to $14,500, depending what part of the country one lives. The Lennox 2-stage A/C is working perfectly, especially as this July 2023 is breaking high temps records. Also, a touch-screen Honeywell thermostat was installed. I recommend this company highly to anyone wishing to replace their old A/C & gas furnace. You will not be disappointed. I would say that
