It took eight weeks to get my ac fixed. In the middle of summer. I had a few staff and one technician that treated me with respect. Also overcharged me and I had to get some of my money refunded. Most staff was disrespectful and didn't want to deal with me. I had to do all the calling to check on my job. Not responsive to warranty service requests. Most staff with a few exceptions were not nice and I had to explain everything each time. My technician that fixed it was the best and treated me with respect and actually felt bad about me not having air for that long. Overall a bad experience. I would not hire them on my own.

Pro Price replaced my upstairs ac and furnace units in September 2022. So I called Pro Price when my downstairs ac unit stopped working. They scheduled an appointment the same day. The issue was due to a power surge and parts required replacing. Repairs were done the same day, quickly and professionally and I now have air conditioning downstairs again. Pablo showed up pretty fast and observed mask wearing so we were all safe. Great, friendly service and he provided great tips on how to run my furnace efficiently among other things! Overall fantastic service and I'd use them as well as recommend them highly!
