Pro Price replaced my upstairs ac and furnace units in September 2022. So I called Pro Price when my downstairs ac unit stopped working. They scheduled an appointment the same day. The issue was due to a power surge and parts required replacing. Repairs were done the same day, quickly and professionally and I now have air conditioning downstairs again. I appreciated how quickly this company answered my call and came to solve my problem. Though my A/C unit was no longer malfunctioning in the way I had described by the time they got there, Donnie took the time to check everything out to see what might be causing the issue. He went above and beyond, and I was truly grateful to FINALLY work with an honest company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing A/C service.

Pablo showed up pretty fast and observed mask wearing so we were all safe. Great, friendly service and he provided great tips on how to run my furnace efficiently among other things! Overall fantastic service and I'd use them as well as recommend them highly!
