Renegade was contracted through our home warranty. They were prompt in getting our issues fixed. Cesar was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely use renegade in the future should we have any issues whether through our warranty or not.
I have nothing but good to say about this company. They were very professional and got the job done in a very timely manner. Sylvia in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions in a way that I would understand. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs you may have!
I wish I could give this company a ZERO!!! If you are going through your home warranty company just be advised that this company treats home warranty customers extremely poorly. They are unresponsive, unprofessional and the veracity of their employees is highly questionable. Don't waste your time with them. If your home warranty company refers you to them, request another company.
