Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

After having Goettl plumbing come out last night and try to soak me for 3500to4000 dollars to remove a water purifying unit which was leaking all over my kitchen bottom sink. The bottom was caving in due to the water collection over a period of time. Trish from Roto-Rooter got Tony out right away. He removed unit..wiring..capped it and replaced floorboard after Jason the mitigation expert came out and inspected for mold and water damage thank God there wasn't any or very little no mold. I paid half of what the other company charged.After experiencing such devastation with the loss of family members and a son who took advantage of mom with dementia and took everthing in these tumultuous times I was so happy to have Roto-Rooter on my side. From Trish on the phone to Tony and Jason and their reputation is impeccable. Elijah was top notch, great guy, professional and helpful. here is the issue. After they completely ripped out our bathroom, and left it gutted we have YET to be contacted by ANYONE!! These guys push you to do restoration and then give the hardest time to get your bathroom back to NORMAL! My bathroom is STILL GUTTED AND UNUSABLE! Literally DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A TOILET REPLACEMENT. Jesus this is a nightmare. Services: Toilet installation, Plumbing leak repair

On Easter Sunday the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking badly. I googled 24 hour emergency plumbing services and was routed to Roto Rooter. I contacted them and they advised a plumber would call within 30 mins. The plumber called shortly after and advised he was already on the way to my home.
