Roy and his crew were very professional and thorough with replacing two air conditioners for us. Once they were ordered, his guys were in and out in one day. I was very pleased since I didn't need to take much time off of work.

The receptionist is so unprofessional & rude. She lied & did Not mention any service fee. The price the technician quoted me was 3 times more than anywhere else. They were upset when i told them i didn't want the service due to the ridiculous price. So they tried to bill me anyways. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
