Great company. Our A/C suddenly went out in 100+ degree weather. Called and they said they could come between 2 and 6. We were ok with that but then got a call that they were on their way and they were here at noon, only three hours after my initial call. The service tech, Chad, was very professional, diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, replaced a capacitor and we were up and running. You could not ask for better service. We signed up for their club service which is a good deal. Don’t hesitate to use them. Service: A/C system repair
There were a few problems with my AC that needed to be fixed before my family sold our house. It was easy setting up an appointment. They were able to set one up the following day! Devin did a great job! He answered all of our questions and was very informative. I cannot thank Sahara Air enough, especially Devin, about the service provided. I am a very pleased customer. I cannot say enough good things about this company and all of its employees. There was a bit of a hickup with the placement of the very large AC unit as it is about 3 times as big as the old unit, but Jeremy made things right immediately! Jeremy and Brenda are exceptional customer service representatives and they are checking on me almost daily to ensure my happiness. They are a wonderful business to work with. I'm extremely happy with their work and their word to commit to making the customer happy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your new ac unit. Amazing people work for this company.
