I had one of my two ac units making a lot of noise. I had 4 companies come out and give me an estimate and I chose Simple Air and Heating. They did a thorough inspection, better than the others. Went with Simple Air for professionalism, customer service, value, and response to installation of unit. Mike D. and his crew were very thorough and took great care in protecting the inside and outside of the house. Explained in detail on what was done and made sure everything was in order and working with they left. Wanted to thank the crew of Brayden, Ryley, Sam, and Marcus for their work here at my house. What a great first impression! They are prompt, friendly and efficient. Everything you need when your A/C goes out in the summer. Daryl explained the issue in a way we could understand and fixed the problem promptly. We will definitely be calling Simply Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing again should the need arise. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the office staff as well. Give them a try. It’s worth it.
