Respectful, courteous I'm very very impressed. They beat out another company by $1,000 without batting an eye. It was an important to me because $1,000 represents expendable income for almost a year for me The only thing that wasn't done was event check because I had concerns because of stronger air blowing in parts of the house and not others for some reason that wasn't done and nobody seemed excited about it even though it was promised to me. Justin was fantastic. He came out to do a basic tune up and made sure to take his time and go over everything (status of unit, measurements, possible future issues, possible upgrades).
