Jonathan and his partner were so awesome! I called and they were able to stop by in 20 mins to help with our AC issues. Very helpful and let us know why we were having troubles with our AC & answered any questions we had. Thanks Jonathan!!!!

Jonathan and Mario were dispatched to my house because our A/C went out last night and the temperature kept climbing. Our original timeframe was between 5pm and 7pm today, which would have made it right at 24 hours with no air conditioning. My house had already gone up to 83 degrees! They offered to call us if they had a cancellation, and they were true to their word. We got the call that they were about 25 minutes away, and could be here around 1pm. I answered the door, and could tell right away how empathetic they were with our problem. Less than 2 minutes after taking the side panel off our unit, they immediately identified our issue as a short-circuited wire, and from there it was only a matter of replacing the damaged piece. They were extremely friendly, obviously knowledgeable, and fixed us up FAST with all the tools and parts they needed on hand. My house has already cooled down 6 degrees in the 20 minutes since they left, and we are back in business! I would recommend them to a
