My family received outstanding service from The Right Guys HVAC and Plumbing. staff were professional and respectful to our property. They explained what to expect before each task and showed me before/after pictures of the HVAC ducts. Highly recommended and will use again in the future.

Brent Lewis had helped us with another problem before and just like the first time, he performed his job quickly and accurately. He also took the time to explain what he did to enact a fix as well and I got to learn something new. Brent was, indeed, The Right Guy!

I used this company through my home warranty company to repair my mini split AC system. The company has VERY poor follow through and would not give me a copy of the detailed invoice for the repairs that they wanted to repair. After months of back and forth with them and the warranty company they want to repair with less quality of brand and seer. Ultimately, both the right guys and the warranty company has dropped the ball and it will cost me to have it resolved. Service: A/C system repair
