I was recommended USA Air by a friend, I wish I had known about them sooner. Our heater went out in the morning and they were able to send someone over that day to look at it. Julian was very professional and honest, two traits I greatly appreciate. He replaced a part on our heater, the whole interaction took less than an hour. As soon as I arrived home late from work, I quickly realized the A/C was not working. I had called USA Air Conditioning (who installed my HVAC unit) and they were able to send a tech out right away. Junior arrived and was able to repair it in a timely manner. He was also extremely courteous, professional, and responsive. USA Air Conditioning & Heating was fast, friendly, and a lifesaver for us. We had been out of town for two months and came home to find the A/C not working. USA AC&H was able to send someone out within the hour, on a Saturday, and Julian was able to look over our system and replace a part right then to get us back to cooling our house.
