Vegas Valley Plumbing

Do not waste your time with this poorly run plumbing company. Made an appointment for today 2-4pm. The repairman called to tell me he was 30 mins away at 1:45pm. At 2:25pm I called the tech to ask where he was and was told he was outside the building. At 2:45pm I called again and the tech says he is at the wrong building. At 3:17pm I called the scheduling number and the unprofessional female answered thinking she can talk in whatever manner she wants. She hung up in my face and then I called back she tells me she hung up because I was rude. Trying to explain that they have a 2-hour window so the tech was not late. The tech didn't even have what he claimed was the right address. I get a call back from some guy that says he was the owner asking "dude what's my problem, why am I talking to his employee like that." The employee is unprofessional and doesn't have any customer service skills. I called to cancel. I could have let the tech waste his time and not be allowed to enter the home.

Brian was awesome! Very professional, timely, and efficient. We will be calling him for all of our plumbing needs in the future. We’ve had a few other plumbers out and Brian is absolutely the best and the only person we will call from now on. Service: Faucet installation
