Hal Mechanical is very pleasant to work with. They have excellent customer service, and keep clean and tidy work space. The new furnace they installed so far works exactly as promised. I asked for two extra items to be done and they did one for free and the other charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them as it was a great experience.
On March 27, 2019 Service Tech, Gus #871 called to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly and checked out each of our three air conditioners. He checked air flow and temperature from all vents. He was pleasant and knowledgeable in response to my questions.
GREAT SERVICE!!!! Juan is very professional, friendly, genuine, and a 5 STARS above and beyond technician [very rare nowadays]. He's truly an asset to this company and a very valuable technician with not just the business aspect in his mind; he also shows empathy and true willingness to help. Five stars is not enough for his performance and dedication.
