I found Inifinity Air LLC 4 years ago when I needed a new Air Conditioner on a whim. They worked with me to help me get a new unit put on. Fast forward 4 years to 2023 and I called to have an inspection. Dominic was my technician and while he came to inspect my unit he also immediately noticed I needed a part that could have hurt my unit if I didn’t get it fixed. He was able to fix it right away for an affordable fee. He was professional, communicative, helpful, and most importantly kind. Shortly after he arrived, Carmen, an employee of Inifinity Air LLC stopped by to check if I had any needs to bring my home to be more energy efficient and green. She was also very kind. She mentioned she was new to the brand but gave me her testimonial from when she was a client and why she chose to work for this brand.
