Highly recommend Robert from Second Opinion Plumbing. We had a plumbing emergency, and their response was fast and very knowledgeable. They worked with our home warranty in a very efficient way, always keeping us updated. We not only found a great plumber, we found they provide a great service too, so we will not hesitate to request them back again. We especially appreciated that Robert was very patient with answering all of our questions. He cleaned up the mess from repairs and disposed of the old broken unit as well. I was very impressed with my experience. Starting with the office staff. I was prepared to schedule an appointment later in the week but she offered same day service! Wow! The technicians promptly arrived. Albert walks into my home and immediately hands me his business card! I loved that. That showed me that he is taking responsibility for the service. He then looked under my sink, saw that there was a bucket under there and he went to his truck and came back with a replacement! The entire service call was done in about 10 minutes or less. Wow! The previous company, 5 star home services, did nothing and left me with a broken garbage disposal. Thank you Albert and Robert for saving the day!
