I was very impressed with my experience. Starting with the office staff. I was prepared to schedule an appointment later in the week but she offered same day service! Wow! The technicians promptly arrived. Albert walks into my home and immediately hands me his business card! I loved that. That showed me that he is taking responsibility for the service. He then looked under my sink, saw that there was a bucket under there and he went to his truck and came back with a replacement! The entire service call was done in about 10 minutes or less. Wow! The previous company, 5 star home services, did nothing and left me with a broken garbage disposal. Thank you Albert and Robert for saving the day! A few months back, Frank one of their Plumbers came here and was always so nice and very knowledgeable on his job. He was always so professional too. Always provided great customer service. I love this company
After 6 days of no hot water and 3 separate companies, Albert from Second Opinion Plumbing really came through for us! He figured out what we needed, completed the job the same day, empathized with our situation and was amazing working with our warranty company. Valerie in the office was the absolute best as well!
