Thor Industries Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

We were very pleased with our experience with Thor Industries, specifically our technician Keith. My husband installed a gas dryer in our new home and never having done this before we wanted someone to make sure he had hooked it up correctly. He called Thor Industries yesterday afternoon and they were very willing to come to our home first thing this morning. Keith was friendly, quick and efficient with getting the job done. Would definitely recommend this company!

Taking care of friend's house in N. Vegas, water heater pilot light went out. Troy came, got the pilot light lit, then the owner of the house decided she needed a new heater. Troy came that Saturday, installed it, took the old one away. He did show up late for the first appointment. Office manager said 9:00 am to 11:00 am. 11:15, no Troy. Called again, told 11:00 to 2:00. 2:30, Troy comes rolling up. Seems his office manager doesn't account for travel times. If Troy's late, it's because he's giving his attention to some problem.
