Troy saved the day. We had some gas work being done that required the gas line to the house be shut off. When the gas was turned back on the hot water tank would not light. I read the manual & followed all the instruction to get it lit with no luck. The contractor also had no luck getting it lit. I called Thor Industries & spoke to a woman who I told what was going on. She said let me check with a tech & get back to you. I got a call back like she said & Troy was on the line with her. Troy tried walking me through what might be the issue, but no luck in getting the hot water tank working. This was around 4:30pm. He said he had two more jobs, but could stop by after that, if that would work. That was perfect. I got a text when we got off the phone with a 2 hour window for when he would be here. Troy was very helpful and determined to figure out a solution to an unexpected issue that occurred during a vent cleaning.
