Jason and his crew just left. What a great experience! Prompt, clean, efficient, answered all our questions, and at a great price. We were quoted more than double by a competitor and the Goettl team was a much quicker turn around. We’re very happy we went with them for our new AC unit. We’d highly recommend this company in the Reno/Sparks area.

Honestly, company was polite, fast and the tech was great. When it comes to the cost of the parts to repair… straight up robbery. The exact part cost $40 if you source yourself, but this company charged $550. I am perfectly fine paying more for the convenience but this is absurd. Company was like, well these parts are on the truck and we can fix it today. Red flag…. Should have known better. I feel like I should have known better but was trusting the experts.. upon further review, I should have trusted my instincts. Service: HVAC system repair

My AC unit stopped working in the evening and I called first thing in the morning to try and see if I could get an appointment with the “comfort club” membership that I belonged too. Well, to my surprise I was told that I would have to wait 11 days to possibly have a technician evaluate my AC. I asked about having a technician come sooner because I was a “comfort club” member, but apparently there really aren’t any perks except that you might get moved up on a cancellation list sooner. I called Goettl, and Brittany in the office answered and became my angel for the day. Brittany was so helpful and scheduled a technician to be at my house by 10 AM. Eric showed up and was so polite and efficient!! He figured out what was going on with my AC and got it up and running before noon. My system is old and I was counseled on the potential for needing a new system, but did not feel pressured into replacing it right away. I am now a Goettl member and love the prompt service that I received!! I w
