It's hard to say enough about the service from Rick today. He was on site within 30 minutes of contacting me about the issue. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and didn't over charge for the work. I will recommend him to anyone I know that needs similar service in the future. It's important to find someone both competent and honest in business (especially when they come into your home to work.) In our short interaction, Rick showed honesty and integrity. They came out to fix our water heater through our home warranty. Both times, Scott knew exactly what the issue was and fixed the problem after getting the replacement parts. We had another plumbing company initially and they had to come out 4 or 5 times, and still could not get it right. So I'm really happy with Scott and his efficiency!
These guys went above and beyond. I called for warrenty work he showed up with in 1 hour but, Rheem had sent wrong part. He diagnosed it for me and found it was a fault in the manufacturing. Helped all the way through! THANK YOU. Service: Water heater repair
