Jose was our tech and he was such a professional literally explaining every step of the way to me. Jose went out of his way to make sure I knew how to operate and check my systems he also did very detailed work with the outside unit which needed it badly. I told my homeowner insurance that I don’t want another company or a different technician to tend my unit. David and Rick at Climate Pros are AWESOME! They explained everything in detail and provided a good advice. We have used Climate Pros multiple times by now. They were always on time, professional, easy to communicate with, and they always did a great job. The rate is very reasonable as well! We will definitely use them again!

Our AC broke two days prior and I’m glad Jose came down to fix it. Climate Pro’s gave us a time window of 8-12noon for arrival and Jose came exactly at 10 and finished thirty minutes later.
