Could not recommend Savage & Son more!!! I had an AMAZING experience working with them. They were on time, polite, and communicative. The tech they sent out, Keith, was friendly, listened to what I was saying, and fixed the issue quickly! The only plumbers I ever want to use again!

I got a call from my wife that our water heater was leaking water. I ran home and it was almost poring out. I called Savage and Son. They informed me that they were booked up. Most companies would have ended the call then. Instead they walked me through shutting off the part that was leaking. Then they said I could call Saturday morning for an emergency call. Then they said they would try to see if someone got freed up. Having stopped the leak I headed by to work. By the time I got to work they found someone and then within an hour everything was fixed, tested and cleaned up. The 2 techs were great, polite and explained everything that they were doing. Super experience. I highly recommend them Service: Plumbing pipe repair
