I got a call from my wife that our water heater was leaking water. I ran home and it was almost poring out. I called Savage and Son. They informed me that they were booked up. Most companies would have ended the call then. Instead they walked me through shutting off the part that was leaking. Then they said I could call Saturday morning for an emergency call. Then they said they would try to see if someone got freed up. Having stopped the leak I headed by to work. By the time I got to work they found someone and then within an hour everything was fixed, tested and cleaned up. The 2 techs were great, polite and explained everything that they were doing. Unfortunately there is no way to leave NO STAR! I had a water leak next to my house. I called Savage and Son twice over a period of two weeks to make an appointment to find the leak, and each time Kathleen told me the owner would call back. The phone call never came, so I found a more responsive plumber who found and took care of the leak within a couple of days. Just look at the rest of my 5* reviews to see who I ended up using.
