Obtained service through my home warranty. Had an issue that resulted in loss of power to half of my house (including AC) on a Saturday afternoon. I spoke with a team member on Monday morning, he followed up with me before noon to send an electrician over, and the issue was resolved before 1pm. Very pleased with the speed, punctuality, knowledge, and communication of everyone at the company.
