Tahoe Clean Air

We hired Tahoe Clean Air to do our entire HVAC system. The tech did a good job and the price was fair enough. Part of the promotion was that they would clean our dryer vent for free, which he did and upon completion told us to give them a call if our dryer stops working properly because sometimes they knock stuff loose so they would need to come back out. Well that's exactly what happened, so I called and left a message... 5 times... Still have NEVER heard back after a month. Spend your money somewhere else.

I spoke to Crystal when I called about information having a technician to come in and clean my ducts. She was very knowledgeable about what the process would be and what tools they would be using. She also explained about cleaning out the dryer vents when the tech was there , same day.

I had an issue with my new thermostat. I received excellent service. It was so easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment (all through the site messaging). When he arrived, he was very nice and was very respectful. Cleanliness was clearly a priority. On top of that, he walked me through an explanation of what was happening and even gave some additional advice around my AC unit. Highly recommend the services here. Great company with a lot of expertise! I couldn't just speak more of what they did,I would recommend this company for anyone who has an issue like mine.
