Worked with them to install electric line and breaker extension for an outdoor hot tub. Things were great... until the work came close to the very end where the technician abruptly went home without any heads up. The work space left unattended was sloppy - garbage and drill bits scattered on the ground, spa side panel and manuals left out in the open, forgotten tools... After phoning in a complaint, the technician did come back to finish the job properly and apologized. Later, Customer Service did a good job of reaching out to also provide an apology and appropriate adjustment. Putting aside the clean-up incident, the electric work itself was very good quality and I would give them another try in the future.
