Our job was switching out two existing outdoor light fixtures. I did due diligence by checking this company out and decided to call and get a feel for the place. My first contact was with Kayla. Besides a welcoming, positive and professional demeanor, she explained their rates upfront. Not everyone does that; so no surprises-which is a great relief. Next, I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The electrician that came to our house was Sam. Very nice guy. Sam was efficient, effective and got our work done in quick order. The fixtures were solid and looked great. He made it look easy and safe. Sam had all the tools and equipment he needed and I believe he took care to do the work just right. He was very friendly and respectful. After the work was completed, Sam wrote it up and it was just as specified with no unexpected costs.
