We originally hired Pavel to tile our new downstairs bathroom tub and floor. At the begining of our project, he mentalled mapped out approximately how long each step would take and where he had planned to be at the end of each day, and he was spot on! Which is extremely helpful considering how stressful home renovations can be. We ourselves have a schedule and having a contractor over to do work affects our daily life. So it was nice to have these daily checkpoints and see him follow through on things. We were shocked as to how quick, professional and efficient he was as our project progressed. So much so, that we asked if he was willing to also tile the ceiling of the tub as well as re-tile our kitchen backsplash (both of which were not a part of the initial agreement). Thankfully he found time for us in his already busy schedule to add these (not quick or easy!) projects to the bill and make it happen. This is the second time I've used Albany Home Improvement. The first was to install a storm door that was very tricky. It was done exactly how I wanted it. They did an excellent job. So when I needed basement windows replaced, I knew exactly who to call. I was not disappointed. The job went smoothly, I'm very happy with the product, price, installation and the service.
