We had an air conditioner installed by Crisafulli brother's last year. This spring a mouse got in to check it out. We had a technician Duane Gale come by to assess the damage. He was wonderful! In addition to helping us with that he researched new water heaters for us going well beyond what we expected. Wonderful company! Very attentive to customers needs. Next time I'm requesting Duane!!

Brian arrived on time and was extremely courteous and respectful. He explained each step of the process before completing anything, and was willing to go back to the warehouse to pick up a part needed to complete one of the extra options he recommended. After getting a few estimates, we felt best about going with Crisafulli. They didn’t walk into typical situation. We live in a 200 year old farm house with stick framing, and it’s not easy to run duct work in. My dad was in the industry and had started installing a new system and only got as far as the attic before he was just too sick to finish. Many companies didn’t feel comfortable taking this on for both of those reasons, and vise versa. After meeting with Jerry, we quickly decided Crisafulli was the right choice and we weren’t wrong. Their installers, Cori and Adam, did a tremendous job installing the ductwork in our basement and preserving the head room that was so important to us. They worked with us and communicated through out the project to ensure we were satisfied with what was being done. Their pricing was fair, the work was impeccable and our system is functioning beautifully!
