My 80 year old grandmother had an air conditioning system installed on January 12, 2023. When it came time to actually use her new system , the machine that sits outside made such a loud noise that it disturbed the neighbors and she was unable to cool her house down on most of the hottest days of this summer. She called Family Danz and spoke with a woman at the front desk about the issue at hand. She was told that she had to pay a fee to have someone come to her home to check out the issue, despite the fact that she has a warranty. I later made a call, and only then was someone able to let us know that she would be visited without being charged. On July 13, someone came to her home and realized that there was a big issue with the machine outside and they had to replace a part. She later called Family Danz and asked if she could be reimbursed her monthly payment for the last two months that she was unable to use her air conditioning system , being that she had to sit in the heat. June 2019, I had new oil furnace, central air unit , and electric hot water tank installed by Family Danz. It’s not a perfect world out there and I have had some issues with a few things and yes it’s frustrating , but every time Family Danz have stepped up to the plate and covered and fixed all of my issues. My recent issue was handle by Josh Goodbred and could not have been any happier with his Professionalism and the crew that handled my issue. If you give them a chance to address an issue or fix a problem, my experience is that they will make it right.
