Mel Carr Electric

Can't rate their electrical work, because they never made it into my house. Said they arrived at 11:55 and that they knocked and called, but we were sitting next to the front door and didn't hear a knock, and have no missed calls from them after that time. Updating for the company's response below: They did arrive and leave a door card. They may have knocked and we didn't hear. The reason I chose to go somewhere else is because they said they called when they arrived when I did not receive a call from them, and I do not trust a company willing to lie about a phone call to do electrical work in my house. If you're curious, I reached out to get some of the information they claimed to have below, and haven't heard back.

Brock with Mel Carr electric was excellent. He arrived promptly, explained how MC does electrical service, and then jumped in to take a look at what we needed done. After surveying all sides, he wrote up multiple quotes for different options to fix our problem. He did all of this on site, and was able to work on our breaker/circuit issue right then. He was professional and knowledgeable the entire time, explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions. No question, Mel Carr gained a customer for life!
