They charged $99 for a furnace ignitor. Later I checked online, the parts should not cost more that $30 to $40. I will look for another company next time. Service: Heating system repair

I am giving them 5 stars because I can't give 10! Friendly front end staff that listened to my tale of woe about the house we are renting out that had no hot water or heat. She shoe horned me in at the end of the day and a very knowledgeable and friendly man came out and solved our problem with two small pieces when we were bracing ourselves to buy a new water heater and/or boiler! Love, Love LOVE these people! Check them out!!

I spoke with the service department on a very cold busy Saturday with a complex issue with my tankless hot water heater. I was informed that they had a tech who was highly trained in trouble shooting and fixing my unit and could be to my home later that day. They showed up same day and fixed my heat right before I had to leave for a business trip to Florida. thank you Northeast!
