I spoke with the service department on a very cold busy Saturday with a complex issue with my tankless hot water heater. I was informed that they had a tech who was highly trained in trouble shooting and fixing my unit and could be to my home later that day. They showed up same day and fixed my heat right before I had to leave for a business trip to Florida. thank you Northeast!
I called them on the Wednesday they came over and looked at it Thursday and installed a new hot water heater on Friday. Would highly recommend and will call again. Lol hopefully not.
They charged $99 for a furnace ignitor. Later I checked online, the parts should not cost more that $30 to $40. I will look for another company next time. Service: Heating system repair
