I had used Perfection to fix wind damage on my roof a couple years ago. They had given me the price for a new roof then. They honored that price which I didn't expect. The roof was installed quickly and everything was cleaned up. The service was great. Service: Roof installation

Crew damaged window trim and paint on the house. After 8 months, they have still not corrected the damages. Workmanship was poor. Ridge cap shingles were improperly installed and are coming loose and curling up after 8 months. Nails are popping . Bump on the roof edge because they failed to adhere the plywood to the beam. Owner, Paolo, was in Equador. When he returned, he was defensive and with a machisimo attitude about the problems. A shout out to Perfection Roofing, Tom, and Sawyer. What an amazing job everyone did from start to finish! The clean up that was done was very impressive! Everything was put back in it's place, and there wasn't one nail to be found in the grass. Sawyer was amazing! He texted me throughout the day and sent me pictures and updates. I must say, Sawyer is a true asset to your team. He made this whole process, which can be stressful for a homeowner, much much easier. I'm still amazed at how easy everyone made this process.
