Mike and his crew replaced our roof which was damaged during a hailstorm on June 1, 2022. Mike is very personable and professional and he pays attention to detail. He treated our home and roof as if it were his own. We had an automatic attic ventilation fan that was broken and whose plastic domed cover had been severely chipped and damaged by the hail. As we weren't able to find a new cover nor did we contact an electrician to try to fix the fan, we authorized Mike to remove it. He took care to disconnect and cap the wires to the old fan motor and leave everything intact in our attic should we want to fix or replace it at a later date. There also was an old metal faux rectangular chimney surrounding our round gas ventilation pipe. Instead of working around it as our former roofer had, Mike had his crew remove the facade which in turn exposed a severely corroded pipe underneath and evidence of leaking.
