Taub Heating & Plumbing

I called Taub Heating and Plumbing at 10:30 am on Sunday, July 5th regarding a leak in my basement. A very nice person took my information over the phone, and it is now 6:40pm on Sunday, July 5th, and no one returned my call. I wouldn't say their service is 'responsive', as no one even called me back to acknowledge that I requested service.

I have been dealing with Paul at Taub for many years. I have 25 units in the city and Paul and his team are always there when I call. They do an exceptional job and are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.

There Plumbing skills are masterful. But there's another part to this company that I'd like to speak about, 7 years ago we had a boiler installed by them, they installed a common boiler but they created an elaborate system of shut-off valves so it would be easy to maintain in the future. On 11-1-17 I called because the pressure valve was leaking, not only did they remember me, but they were concerned and they came at the end of they work day. My wife and myself are disabled. I guess that shows you the character of this company. Thank You, Taub Heating & Plumbing.
