What incredible rip off. I did not ask for a plumbing outfit I asked for a drain cleaning outfit and all of a sudden plumber shows up. They wanted to charge me 1700 and change to fix one broken sink drain and clean a drain line. I fixed the broken sink for $23 and the drain line was clean by another company for 230.I paid the fee for coming up but they really should reimburse me because I didn’t ask for a plumber I asked for a drain cleaner. Total rip off

Trinity showed up at my house earlier than expected, which was awesome, and not only fixed my hot water heater, but saved me a ton of money in the process.
