Parker was great. This man really knows his profession. He ran all the diagnostics on our 3 furnaces for our triplex. His knowledge and expertise certainly shines. I always look forward to seeing him for the annual tuneup and safety check, because I know that I am in good hands. I have to commend Jim who has been trying effortlessly to figure out a problem with my elderly mother’s thermostat that kept sending alerts. Ends up it was a glitch on the part of Lennox and Jim after several visits rectified it. He reassured my mother it was nothing she had done and went as far as calling me to update me after each visit. Not only professional but super attentive. He knows what he’s doing & went above & beyond. Thanks again Jim!
