Ahmad Hamideh and Justin Dillon showed up for the same call, Ahmad to service our furnace and Justin to provide us with an estimate for AC. I was genuinely impressed (and relieved) by how -extremely- kind and personable they both were, not to mention knowledgeable. Ahmad worked on our furnace while Justin walked around the house with us to put together the estimate. Justin's depth of knowledge really shined in his explanations of our many options, and the conversation was calm and easygoing throughout. As we were wrapping up, I had a minor bill dispute, but Ahmad pulled out his phone right then and there and resolved it for me, no questions. Overall, I can't say whether I'll be going with Sunbeam for the whole AC job, but the next time I need my furnace serviced, I'll cross my fingers that either Ahmad or Justin shows up. I have to say I was blown away by the amazing service I received last night from Sunbeam's great team of Jim (25 years with the company) and Matt with them for 4 years. I called after trying to get my AC going but to no avail. I was told a service call would be the next day between 6-8pm. About 20 minutes later I got the call from Matt, the most cheery voice, who said," we just finished our last job early and we could come now if it's convenient for you". Whaaaat? Well yes please!. They two arrived in clean vehicles, dressed so professionally and well spoken. I was immediately at ease and felt very trusting of the team. They fixed the problem, checked everything else in the unit out( in my 90 degree attic) and even inspected my boiler while there. The bill was way less than anticipated, and the service beyond expectations, right down to the booties they donned upon coming into the house out of respect. I cannot speak highly enough about how thrilled I am to now have a company
