Over the weekend we had an emergency with our toilet + buildings pipes and Hector was ready to help instantly. From the moment that we called him, he arrived at our house within the hour and was very professional. He came in with the appropriate protective gear (COVID19), answered all our questions, and was very nice! Definitely give him 5 starts for everything! He was efficient, timely, organized and cleaned in handling the work, and friendly! Would recommend 10/10
It was a late sunday night at 11pm and despite the late hour and short notice, Hector showed up within 30 minutes and fixed our problem right away. Our heater was broken and the tenants were freezing but Hector was so efficient, professional and got the job done asap. I was so satisfied with his service and would definitely call him again .
Hector was amazing and arrived very quickly. My kitchen sink drain was leaking due to a poor quality nut and he replaced it with a brass piece that will last me forever. He has very reasonable rates and makes sure his work is perfect. He made sure that water was draining properly before leaving (for a good 5-10 mins) and truly cares about the customer. Also was happy to chat a bit and was not rushed. Check the before and after pics below:
