Steve was amazing! I called him at 7:30pm about my clogged toilet and he was able to come in the next morning at 9am to fix it. He was up front about his rates and was able to fix the problem quickly. I highly recommend him.
I can not express how happy I was with Steve's work. He came at his earliest convenience and stayed late until he finished the job. He connected my steam pipe radiator and had all the tools and parts needed to finish the job efficiently. Thank you Steve!!!!
Honest and professional. Gave a quote after looking at pictures and a video and was on time for the appointment. Unfortunately I didn't check with the building on all requirements and when Steve arrived he was not allowed to enter the building, even after going shopping for replacement parts. He didn't charge anything for the trip or inconvenience. It's rare to come across such a professional. Would highly recommend him.
