We noticed a dangerous boiler emergency around 3pm - googled "boiler repair, 11510" & there they were, NY BOILER, with great reviews! I called immediately and explained the situation.. the answering service got him quickly & he responded quickly, and showed up about 7pm that night, thank God! We had no heat or hot water & they worked diligently until it was working & safe enough til the next day, when they showed up with the new necessary parts. They let us know when they were on the way so we could put the dog in a room. They did an excellent job, super friendly & professional, very knowledgeable. . couldn't ask for a better company.
