We called this company to change out our thermostats in 2 rooms due to them being very old and outdated. They said they would come the next day and then called and said they need pictures of the thermostats. I sent them pictures and they never showed up to replaced. When my husband called, the receptionist got rude with him and said we told you we had to order them and we will get them in a day or two. (They never told me they had to be ordered) ok fine. We waited to hear from them and it’s been 2 weeks and no call. I called today and asked what is going on with the status of the replacement. The receptionist rudely put me on hold and a gentleman got on the phone and proceeded To ask what kind of thermostats did we need. I said excuse me?
