This company is very good at what they do,the workers are polite and knowledgeable,and they work clean.I was amazed at how they ran wires with very few cuts,and installed high hat lighting in a finished room without any damage.Would highly reccomend,and price was very reasonable. We called this company to change out our thermostats in 2 rooms due to them being very old and outdated. They said they would come the next day and then called and said they need pictures of the thermostats. I sent them pictures and they never showed up to replaced. When my husband called, the receptionist got rude with him and said we told you we had to order them and we will get them in a day or two. (They never told me they had to be ordered) ok fine. We waited to hear from them and it’s been 2 weeks and no call. I called today and asked what is going on with the status of the replacement. The receptionist rudely put me on hold and a gentleman got on the phone and proceeded To ask what kind of thermostats did we need. I said excuse me? I was told they were ordered from the pictures I sent. He proceeded to say, well we don’t normally do this. So why didn’t you tell me this from day one when you confirmed you could do this? I was selling my home and needed to replace kitchen plugs and have other work done. I had one electrician say he had to rip down new ceilings rip out a closet and ruin my backsplash to the tune of thousands of dollars. I was surprised that such a big company as Bi-County would even come in for such a small job. I got an estimate within 3 days and work done 2 days later. The electrician even included some other minor issues without charge. They did what they said they would carefully and I highly recommend them.
