Wow. The service with this company was second to none. I called them a couple weeks ago for a toliet that had flooded from my 2nd floor to my 1st floor and within an hour they were at my door, they removed all of the water and were there to save the carpet(thank God)because they got to it before any mold could grow. Also they deal completely with the insurance company which saves a huge headache.
Flood Pros of NY are amazing. They were super responsive and came to my rescue when my sump pump stopped working and flooded the basement. They came that day (while many others in the area were having similar issues) and worked more the 7+ hours nonstop to remove all the water, damaged flooring, drywall, and other items. They are very professional and even though they were slammed, they were very communicative and came when they said they would to do the job and to finish the job. They were also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
