I own a commercial office building in Binghamton and I asked Rost Construction for an estimate. Although they were busy with work they agreed. Their detailed estimate was between one-half and one-third of verbal estimates I received from other local construction companies. For a variety of reasons I did not need to proceed with the work, but would happily choose them if I did need work done. I contacted many construction companies in the area for estimates on a bathroom renovation job and found Rost Construction to be the most professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Jakob was very busy with many clients but he promptly supplied an estimate right away and agreed to get me on the schedule for about a month out. As soon as the date arrived the Rost crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were even willing to put in extra time on the weekend to make sure the job was completed within the week so as not to leave me hanging with an unfinished project.
