I was in need of an emergency repair of a pipe leaking under my house in a very small crawl space. I was not a customer, but immediately felt like one while on the phone explaining my situation. Without hesitation I was told that the tech,(Mike) would be there by 1pm. The repair was a little more then he expected and said he would be back the next day, the communication from everyone at Fossati is exceptional. They send an email and notify you by text when they are on the way. Mike was back the next day, crawled back under the spider filled crawl space and fixed the pipe that was leaking. We had a small communication error involving the estimate, but Deb was great and corrected it right away.
