BE WARNED!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! !He tried to hang my new bike rack mount on drywall with concrete anchors instead of drywall anchors- which, of coarse, did not work. ( He blamed my building’s dry walled.) As a consequence, he left a gigantic hole in my wall, and still wanted to charge me 65 dollars. He was full of sh.t. If the bike mount could not be hung on a particular wall , and if the mounting anchors provided were inappropriate, then he should have known. This is why I chose to hire an expert. Blaming the wall shows lack of professionalism. I ended up having to fix the hole in my wall myself. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
