Stay away from this so call company. They are nothing but a fraud. They inspected my boiler and came up with fraudulent list of items to fix amounting to over $5000.00 . When I said I can not bare such a cost, they called the city on me to make complain about my boiler. I was suspicious so I got another Plumber to do it for me at as little as $250. Such crooked people don't deserve to even enter your property. Save your skin and your pocket by staying far away from these guys. Buyer Beware! This company uses EXTORTION tactics. I requested this company to perform a simple task in which I was given a price. I agreed to the initial price. In the middle of the work, the company requested DOUBLE the original price and stated that they would not finish the work unless I signed an agreement and paid them the new balance. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLUMBING COMPANY.

UPDATE 2.23.21: In an emergency situation I called C. James on 2 instances in the last 2 years. The responses in both cases were quicker and I had a good resolution on both cases. I will update this review to 3.5 stars due to pricing. After several attempts at getting an estimate from C. James Plumbing, the owner Mr. James came. All talk and apologies since I had to call 5 times to get this estimate. Mr. James said he would get back to me the next day with an estimate. That was three weeks ago. I give up with them. Wouldn't dare have them work on my boiler/radiators if they can't even manage to give someone an estimate. Beware.
