I had the classic NYC experience of the AC failing over the July 4 holiday. Cottam helped me out. Yes, I paid more for holiday service -- but I was expecting to -- it was superhot and humid and I have a dog with respiratory concerns. I apprecdiate that Christina in the office was informative and completely transparent about pricing. Juan, who serviced the unit, was a true pro and a really nice human to boot. He fixed the problem quickly, let me know what costs were involved at each step and gave me some helpful info about my AC system as well. I don't think you could ask for better. I am making this company my go-to for AC help as result of this experience.

Recently had my line set replaced, Hector and Nick did an awesome thorough, professional job. The Cottam guys were great! Right before the summer started my air conditioning unit stopped working. Thanks to you guys I’m having a cool summer. Marck delivered my air conditioning units on time and was very cautious to not damage my new floors. Very professional and helpful.
