I had the classic NYC experience of the AC failing over the July 4 holiday. Cottam helped me out. Yes, I paid more for holiday service -- but I was expecting to -- it was superhot and humid and I have a dog with respiratory concerns. I apprecdiate that Christina in the office was informative and completely transparent about pricing. Juan, who serviced the unit, was a true pro and a really nice human to boot. He fixed the problem quickly, let me know what costs were involved at each step and gave me some helpful info about my AC system as well. I don't think you could ask for better. I am making this company my go-to for AC help as result of this experience.

First time home owner here. Anthony Zeo from Cottam came out for a service check and graciously took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the ins-and-outs of the air-conditioning and heating systems in our new home, which I really appreciate.
