First time home owner here. Anthony Zeo from Cottam came out for a service check and graciously took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the ins-and-outs of the air-conditioning and heating systems in our new home, which I really appreciate. Professional, knowledgable and helpful, 5 stars.

The Cottam guys were great! Right before the summer started my air conditioning unit stopped working. Thanks to you guys I’m having a cool summer. Marck delivered my air conditioning units on time and was very cautious to not damage my new floors. Very professional and helpful.

I'm a bit late with this review but the exceptional service they provided can't go without a review. From the initial estimate, to the 2nd visit they requested just to ensure that everyone was on the same page to the quality of the work. I can't thank Cottam enough for the service they provided me compared to all the other estimates I received which exceeded $20,000. Joey and James who were the installers / consultants on the job in addition to the Project Manager whose name I can not recall as of this review were all spot on. Based on what I experienced with the company prior to reaching out to Cottam, they were heaven sent. I highly recommend this company based on the service I received from them and will reach out to them for all my boiler needs in addition to the Split Air System I am looking to install in my home. I can only hope that everyone's else experience is the same as mine if not better. Service: Heating system installation
