Everything about this place is quick, professional, knowledgeable and caring! Candace came out late in the evening (11pm) and saved the day, honestly she saved my whole week! Following big and sudden rain pour, I experienced rain water back flowing out of the trap and into the basement. Considering it an emergency, I called a few emergency drainage companies for help. While other companies were not responding or had availability in one to two days, Candace was immediately respinsive, picking up the phone right away, and telling me she would be there within two hours.
