The install included 3 units on the top floor of our home and took 2 days to complete. The crew Neal and Andrew were on time and and did a clean install and made sure all units were operational. I strongly recommend them. I even recommended them to my neighbors and they were so excited at the look of our house, that Arnica Air is now working on their home. Arnica did an installation for us of a mini-split system with heat pump ("hyper heat"). They did terrific work, and the customer service was unparalleled. From Simone's evaluation and estimate, to Rosette's friendly, clear and informative communications, to Dean and Marco's efficient and tidy installation. They were great in so many ways. They were careful to explain everything, they introduced themselves and worked around our schedules, they swept up and cleaned up after working. It's obvious they had years of experience in the technical side of the installation, but I've never really worked with a company that had such a good attitude and seemed to care so much about being sure we were satisfied. They even took care of all the paperwork to get the rebates to which we were entitled, and saved us a lot of money by doing so. I would not hesitate to use Arnica again for any kind of job.
