My pool heater was not working, found this late in the day. I tried a local to Staten Island company and had a 3 week wait for repair. A friend recommended Authorized Heating, I left a message after 7pm. By 8:45am I got a call back. They scheduled the repair a day later, promised to call before arriving. Yes ???????? they did as promised! I like their prompt service. The guys were friendly and professional. The job was completed and repaired. I’m a happy and satisfied customer. Highly recommend.
