These guys are amazing and my new go-to plumbers. I have a tankless heater that was acting up. After spending over 2 hours on the phone with the manufactures tech support I gave up and called Authorized ( who are authorized techs for my unit ). The guys came even earlier than scheduled and diagnosed and fixed the issue in literally 20 minutes. I’ve called them again a few days before Christmas for a weird noise my heater was making. Again they were prompt, professional, and most importantly know what they are doing.
