TERRIBLE experience with dalton heating and air conditioning. I booked them a few days ago to get my HVAC fixed. They gave me an appointment window, and no technician showed up during that time despite my attempts to follow up. Following that missed appointment, in the past few days we rescheduled TWICE, and each time no technician showed up during the scheduled time window. In addition, each time I reached out to check on my appointment, I would not hear back from the technician or management company. On multiple occasions they would tell me that the technician would contact me shortly, and I wouldn't get a call back. Finally, after many times calling to follow up, they responded that they did not have anyone available. The lack of communication, responsiveness, and timeliness is astounding. Completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend. Service: Heating system maintenance

I really like working with Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning. This time, it was to have my ducts and vents cleaned. James was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and got the work done in a timely manner, making sure to explain the process to me and to show me the results of his work. I couldn't recommend him or Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning highly enough.
