Unprofessional company. I called today to ask if they could replace my 220 volt A/C cord for a longer one on my new LG window unit. They said they'd done it before but could only give an estimate if someone came in to look at it for $100. Since they'd done it before, I asked if they could just tell me a rough estimate so I could know if it's worth it or if I should just get a different A/C unit with a longer cord. He refused to give an estimate, but told me a tech could come in today. I wanted to think about it. Once I called back 10 minutes later, they magically couldn't come in today or in the near future and couldn't do the service. Completely unprofessional. Just wanted $100 regardless if they could service my unit or not.

He was on time and got the work done in a timely manner, making sure to explain the process to me and to show me the results of his work. I couldn't recommend him or Dalton Heating & Air Conditioning highly enough.
